Apple picking days 2026
Pick your own fruit!
The Apple picking days are coming up!
Imagine this: you are walking among the fruit trees, the sun shines through the canopy, children running through the orchard with a basket, and a moment later you are enjoying a fresh pancake together on the terrace.
Welcome to the Apple Picking Days at Philips Fruittuin – the ultimate late summer outing for the whole family in Eindhoven.
The harvest is magnificent this year. The apples and pears hang abundantly on the trees, waiting to be picked by you. You won't find them any fresher! Fill your bag with delicious fruit, take the flavors of the orchard home with you, and bake an apple pie that everyone will be talking about for days.
But the Apple Picking Days are more than just picking fruit. Make it a complete day out! Discover the playground, enjoy a pancake or our own apple juice on the terrace, and take a look inside our Landwinkel full of local delicacies.
What are the Apple picking days all about?
Upon presentation of your Apple Picking Day ticket, you can pick apples and pears yourself.
One bag is included in the ticket price. You will receive this on location and may pick it completely full. Want to take more fruit home? Extra bags are available during the Apple Picking Days.
We are working with two time slots per day again this year. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a bite to eat in the restaurant outside of the time slots. The kitchen of the Pancake Restaurant closes at 5:00 PM.
Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM - with a morning ticket, you are expected to leave the premises before 1:00 PM to make room for the afternoon group.
Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM - with an afternoon ticket, you can only enter the premises from 1:30 PM. Therefore, you cannot have a bite to eat in the Pancake Restaurant before this time either. The kitchen of our restaurant closes at 5:00 PM!
